Course Overview

In collaboration with ACFE Singapore Chapter, Xione Group is pleased to introduce this three-day program that is designed to help professional interviewers develop the interpersonal skills required to ask the right questions such that a full and truthful account is obtained from the interviewee. 

Delivered through instructor-led theory modules, plenary discussions, and immersive role-play simulation exercises, this course moves beyond basic questioning into advanced investigative mastery.

Ian Tickner is a former officer with the Royal Military Police and Greater Manchester Police in the UK. He has over 30 years of experience carrying out detective and internal investigations. He was and is a PEACE practitioner having conducted many investigations and interviews.

After leaving the police force, he moved to Singapore where he became a Certified Fraud Examiner with ACFE and has designed and delivered specialized training for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), PWC, and forensic audit teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
